This corporation is established to provide a space for the display and creation of the arts. It will also work to encourage local community and culture through the empowerment of emerging artists, the support of touring artists, and the education of community members about the arts and related areas of interest.
This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, literary, and educational purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or any corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
